Pre – Event

Rider Kit Packers

Fancy yourself as having a keen eye for detail and a speedy packer? You will be packing the riders kits with their jerseys, bib numbers and other rider essentials.

On Event Day

Rest Stop Crew

Help our riders to feel supported by setting up, maintaining and packing down those critical rest stops along the course.

Route Marshal

Want to be in the action but cycling isn’t your forte? Assist our riders by standing in a strategically placed location along the course and ensuring they are all headed in the right direction.

On Route Support (Moto)

Using your own motorcycle start by directing cyclists along the route at a designated position. After the final rider you will then ride the route and support our riders by following the pack with hydration, snack supplies and mechanical or first-aid assistance. We want to make sure that no man is left behind!

On Route Support (Vehicle)

Fancy yourself in lycra and want to ride with the pack? Be amongst the action and support our riders by following the pack with hydration, snack supplies and mechanical or first-aid assistance. We want to make sure that no man is left behind!

On Route Support (SAG WAGON)

Be in the action and follow the last rider to ensure the pack is on course and no man falls behind. You will also assist to sign fellow volunteers out along the course, pack down and return rest stop equipment and take down route signage.

Event Support Assistants

Help us make sure the event is set up and ready to go before the participants arrive. We also need some handy helpers to assist in packing the event down.

Hydration and Green Team

Make sure no one is left feeling parched by keeping our hydration station fully stocked and help look after the environment by keeping our tour event space looking spick-and-span!

Traffic and Safety

Make sure no-one is put in harm’s way! To keep our participants safe you will be directing traffic, riders and patrons at the start and finish line.

Finish Line Assistant

Feel like a bit of variety on the day? Help us make the finish line an experience to remember by working in various positions to give breaks, running errands as they arise and being a hostess in our Oasis VIP tent.

Registration and Information Desk

Consider yourself a customer service guru? Put your expertise to the test by checking riders and volunteers in, handle any enquiries, assist TPCHF staff with merchandise sales and on the day registrations.
